As a teacher, parent, reader, and writer (for the love of reflecting and working/playing with ideas and words), this resonates very much. Thank you for sharing.

A 4 a.m. kindred spirit! Next time I’m alone with cup of tea, paper, pencil, and barely chirping birds, I will mentally reach out to those kindred spirits and hope you have a good day.

The ship date says around May 15 esp if autographed or personalized. Some started going out a week early.

I was under the impression Garrison narrated the poem. It was quite simply understated in a good manner. Thanks JP. I will try to provide my own spin on nocturnal wanderings. I'm not very photogenic though. I might crack a screen or two.

This is lovely! Thanks Garrison for getting us all together. I hope this phase does not pass. Tomorrow I'll try narrating it to myself and in the wee hours appreciate its brisk - it's like taking a little stroll 🥏

Absolutely Beautiful. I sleep way too late. I know lots of people who wake early and only hear the beauty of awakening early. This was inspiring for me. I don’t know if I can do 4 am, but possibly I can begin at 6 am. Baby Steps. Thank you Sir. P.S. I love Poetry that rhymes and makes sense and yours definitely did.
