I am disappointed that TWA will only be archived editions. I believe the updated version could be a present day positive with the choices of what happened on this day curated and possibly with more appropriately aware poetry-even some highlighting diversity in poet choices and subject matter.
Recently, the dates of the archived editions are NOT matched with today's date. We have had a bunch of these this month, labelled for July but actually drawn from dates in previous June broadcasts.
Very disappointing you went to this uglier, more confusing and more complicated system. I'm going to unsubscribe because I don't want more links and clicks. It is no longer enough to open the email and be greeted by a poem. And the text does not look as well formatted and literary as before.
Since you're The Writer's Almanac, what's wrong with offering just words? Richard Higgins

Ty, love the content you’ve put out over the years.

Thank you for giving so much to add humor and fellowship to our lives.

The Almanac continues to be great, but the new sharing system is too complicated. Clicking on "share" leads to a dead end.
Reruns of TWA and PHC and anything GK is, in my book, superior to anything new on the net.
I am hoping that we may be able to listen to TWA reruns on our Alexa device as we did until June. Is this possible?
