I looked up the name of somebody who "liked" some comment that I wrote on someone else's blog post and noticed that she had liked something that you had written about a decade ago and that's how I had stumbled upon your Writer's Almanac and saying to myself, "Is HE still alive," I checked out your Almanac and double checked with Wikipedia that indeed you are still relatively upright even though the first recent thing I read that you wrote included your admission that you worry about falling down a lot these days . . . all this to say that I'm so glad to have found you, an old friend whom I've never met but listened to regularly in the halcyon days of our long lost youths.
