GK, YOU SPREAD A JOY UNFOUND IN MANY OTHER STORY-TELLERS.
THEY CAN THEN OPEN THEIR OWN JOY!
AS YOU SAID SOME YEARS AGO IN YOUR THANKSGIVING PRAYER. FOR OUR GIFTED FOODS UPON OUR TABLE: "....MORE WE DO NOT NEED!" BUT, MORE WE ARE GIVEN....
"THE GIFT WE'RE GIVEN IS SHOWN TO US AT THE BOTTOM, FOR THE GIFT IS A MIRROR. THE GIFT WERE GIVEN IS YOU!"
I do not care for prose "poems." Poetry is poems. Prose is essays, short stories, novels, journalism, etc. Why can't "poetry" be just poems? Why can't we have a precise definition of "poetry" without including prose?
