I’m afraid I’m confused.
If the Parisii “first set foot” at the location that would _later_ become known as Lutetia in 49 B.C...
...then how was Julius Caesar about to write the Parisii and Lutetia in his “Commentaries”
which has been published in 53 B.C. (and, presumably, described events written prior
to that date)?
