Ernesto "Che" Guevara was born on this day in Argentina in 1928. In 1954 he wrote, "I will perfect myself and accomplish whatever may be necessary in order to become a true revolutionary."
And from young Anne Frank in her attic hiding place: "How lovely to think that no one need wait a moment, we can start now, start slowly changing the world! How lovely that everyone, great and small, can make their contribution toward introducing justice straightaway. ... And you can always, always give something, even if it is only kindness!"

Maybe it would be better to not remember Che Guevara as a revolutionary who was eventually executed for fighting revolutionary wars and also recall that he was a communist responsible for the murder of many citizens during his active years.
